Venezuela to introduce new rules on gun ownership

The National Assembly will pass a law in the next few days that will prohibit anyone from carrying weapons in public, ban those younger than 25 from owning a gun, and limit the number of bullets a person can carry to 25. Venezuela’s current gun laws date back to 1928. The National Assembly is controlled by Socialist allies of leftist President Hugo Chavez.
